Vineyards are categorised as Open By Appointment, Not Open to the Public, or Open for Sales and Tastings. Be sure to check whether you need to make an appointment, as a number of our vineyards are small and boutique and you may find the host out in the vineyard instead of at the cellar door.

Hawkdun Rise is a boutique vineyard & accommodation situated between Clyde and Alexandra in Central Otago, New Zealand and is the first Vineyard Bed & Breakfast in the region.

Enjoy the tranquility and panoramic views from our executive semi detached accommodation.

Hawkdun Rise is close to Alexandra, Clyde, Cromwell, Queenstown and Wanaka, you will enjoy the tranquillity, privacy, great views and great wine.

Situated on the outskirts of Alexandra our homestead and vineyard has been especially designed to provide an atmosphere of quiet and peaceful relaxation giving you the maximum privacy of your choice and a setting within the vines.
