Vineyards are categorised as Open By Appointment, Not Open to the Public, or Open for Sales and Tastings. Be sure to check whether you need to make an appointment, as a number of our vineyards are small and boutique and you may find the host out in the vineyard instead of at the cellar door.

Perseverance Estate

Description:

Perseverance Estate is situated in the Alexandra Basin, part of the Central Otago province, New Zealand’s premier Pinot Noir producing region.  Formed by the movement of glacial rock and ice, the scenery in this area is both picturesque and dramatic, leaving behind soils that are dominated by schist, which in turn influences the taste and feel of the region’s wine.  Wines are crafted by winemaker Antony Worch at Alexandra Vintners Winery, Success Street, Alexandra.
